mexamarts is a multivendor marketplace. Refund and return policies may vary depending on the vendor, product type, or service. mexamarts facilitates communication and transactions but does not directly control vendor policies unless stated.


2.Eligible Products for Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item received does not match the description

  • The order is incomplete or missing items

Return requests must be made within the vendor’s specified return period.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Food & cooked meals

  • Groceries & perishable items

  • Personal care & hygiene products (opened)

  • Innerwear & lingerie

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Customized or personalized items


4. Food Delivery Refund Policy

  • Refunds for food orders are only applicable if:

    • The order was not delivered

    • The wrong order was delivered

    • The food was spoiled or unsafe

  • Taste preference or personal dislike is not eligible for refund.

  • Issues must be reported immediately after delivery.


5. Grocery Orders

  • Grocery refunds are accepted only for:

    • Expired items

    • Damaged packaging

    • Incorrect items

Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.


6. Parcel & Courier Services

  • Refunds are applicable if:

    • Parcel is lost (confirmed by courier)

    • Service was not provided

mexamarts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or force majeure.


7. Car Rental Services

  • Cancellation and refund policies depend on the car rental vendor.

  • Refund eligibility may vary based on:

    • Cancellation timing

    • Usage duration

    • Damage or policy violations

Users must follow the vendor’s rental agreement.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or confirmation, subject to vendor approval.

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled repeatedly may result in account restrictions.


9. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time:

    • Digital payments: 5–10 business days

    • Bank transfers: depends on bank processing time

  • COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet (if applicable).


10. Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for handling returns and refunds according to their policies.

  • mexamarts may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.


11. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

mexamarts reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive

  • Suspend accounts involved in repeated misuse
